Dr. Bays and his wife, Janelle —who is a dental hygienist — both received their dental degrees from the University of Minnesota. He is an avid offshore fisherman outside of work.
Dr. Granato received her dental degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center. She is a native of San Antonio, Outside the office, she loves traveling with her husband.
Dr. Moore, a Texas native, graduated from UTHealth Houston. He tailors his each patient’s treatment plan to meet their individual needs for the best possible results.
The office staff was friendly and welcoming. The office was very clean and nice and the dental hygienist and doctor was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Sebastian(the dental hygienist)is very good at what he does.
I was nervous about finding a good dentist in San Antonio based on previous experience. They opened up this office a few years ago and now my entire family and a few co workers with their family regularly go there. I only recommend this office on Potranco to anyone on the Sea World side. Can’t say enough good things about them. I hope they stay there for as long as we live here. If I ever move I hope their entire staff move with me because I never want to have anxiety looking for another dentist place.

I had a great first experience at Hometown Dental. The hygienist was so nice and very gentle one of the best cleaning I’ve had. The dentist was also very nice and funny. Explained things very well to me and showed me what I needed done and explained to me why. Overall a great place and highly recommend it.

Dr. Moore and his team were Excellent..My tooth chipped and I was able to set an appointment 45 minutes after my incident. Dr. Moore explained thoroughly what was wrong and what needed fixing and worked super fast and got me looking brand new within the hour. Thank you!

After having unpleasant experiences with another dentist, this office made me feel very heard and understood my concerns. Everything about this dental office is pleasing. The receptionist is welcoming, and the facility is clean. The staff are very professional and kind, they take their time explaining procedures and ensure your comfort. The dentist I had today was a fill in for my original Dentist, but he did an awesome job at explaining everything and made me fill at ease. I have no complaints.
Dr Granato and Megan her assistant treated me for a tooth ache. I required a root canal, my first and was pretty apprehensive but they were great. My wife and I will be seeing them from now on for dental care.

I was referred to the Leon Valley location to see Dr. Moore. The staff were very welcoming, they took their time and answered all my questions.
