Dr. Amy Nguyen Takes a Service-Minded Approach

Dr. Amy Nguyen is a proud South Texas native, having been born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley before coming to the San Antonio area.

From a young age, she had a fascination with dentistry and medicine in general and made it her mission to make a career in this industry.

She is a graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, where she graduated cum laude in nutrition. Afterward, she continued her education by completing another undergraduate degree in biology from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX. It was then that she happily returned to South Texas, where she got her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Currently, she is a member of the American Dental Association and Texas Dental Association.

Dr. Nguyen values faith, family, tradition, work ethic, and a service-oriented mentality when working with her patients. Outside of work, Dr. Nguyen loves to travel, try adventurous new foods, and do activities like zip lining, bungee jumping, or anything that might get her adrenaline pumping.

Her mission is to provide quality care and a personalized approach to each and every patient she works with. She is grateful for each opportunity to work with members of the community and is fighting every day to earn the respect and trust of her patients.
