Originally from South Korea, Dr. Lee came to the United States as a student and has proudly called it home ever since. She earned her dental degree from the Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine in 2023 and went on to complete a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the University of Connecticut.
Dr. Lee recently made the move to San Antonio and is excited to be part of our vibrant community. She brings a calm, thoughtful approach to patient care and is passionate about helping people feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair.
Outside of work, Dr. Lee enjoys exploring local grocery stores, discovering new restaurants, and relaxing in her downtime.
This dentist office is so efficient and have taken care of my many dental issues. I am a big baby when it comes to goi g to the dentist and they slow down and explain each procedure making me more relaxed than I normally am. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!
I’m in my early/mid 20s and I’ve been coming to this dental office my entire life! My parents and I have been patients here for around 18 years and the service and care has always been personable and top-notch. They recommended me an amazing orthodontist, and have provided many in office services as well (I had my wisdom teeth renewal in office). Me and my husband have been coming to this location for about the last ten years. Week before last, my technician was Ms Montsey. Believe this might’ve been my first time with her, and I’d like to say “she did a thorough cleaning”! Wish everyone was like her! My husband has consistently had Ms Montsey as his technician, and he says “she’s very good and careful operating around a sensitive recession area”! Needless to say, I’ll look to schedule with Ms Montsey from here on out! BTW, sorry to see Dr McClendon retire, but we wish her well going forward!
Good experience with an annual check-up and cleaning. They quickly entered in my insurance information and then took me back to start the exam with no delays. I was in and out in 45 minutes without waiting around. I will go back.
Great service, every time I go in there love the environment and they make you feel very welcomed. I went to the San Pedro location off 281. They are very knowledgeable in the answer.All my questions and concerns. And now have a great plan for my teeth.

I enjoy going to Hometown Dentist because they are friendly and I feel that they care about me. They give me good advice for taking care of my teeth. My dental hygienist is excellent. She makes me feel comfortable and checks on me as she is doing the cleaning. The dentists are very knowledgeable and professional. It is easy to make appointments and they send timely reminders. There is very little wait time when I arrive. I highly recommend their practice.
First time in and all went well. Very professional and prompt. Dr. Parra was able to locate the issue. Unfortunately I had to be referred for a root canal.

Dr Try Nguyen was very kind and compassionate. He seems quite knowledgeable & I needed a new retainer made since wearing Dandy clear aligners last year & the retainer I got from a previous dentist at his office didn’t fit properly (thus the 4 stars & not 5) Theresa is always the best.

This was an emergency visit, and they fit me in, and were helpful and kind in the midst of pain. They are my regular dentist as well, and I do recommend them for their courteous and professional manner.
So thankful they got me in the next morning after I called with severe toothache. Everyone was very kind and professional. The dentist worked carefully and thoroughly to solve my problem. I will definitely be going back!

I made an appointment for pain and discomfort, within 15 minutes of the appointment the problem was identified and a plan of treatment was offered (wisdom tooth removal) within another 15 minuets, they started the procedure and not only was it painless, but quick! Maybe 10 minuets itself. I was home an hour after my appointment started. All questions and concerns (I’m 20 weeks pregnant) were answered and I wasn’t unsure about moving forward with the removal. I’m sure I’ll be back for future appointments.

Love that the DDS checked me before cleaning so he can really tell me if he sees I’m not cleaning enough! Montzi (so?) did great job and quickly – that’s the best part because my jaw gets tired of being open.
